Refunds
If Pasteward isn’t for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of buying. This page explains how.
Where you bought it
Pasteward licenses are sold through Polar and Lemon Squeezy, who act as the seller of record. Refunds for both are handled by us directly.
How to ask
Email contact@devscrate.com and include:
- the email address you used to buy,
- the site you bought from (Polar or Lemon Squeezy), and the order number if you have it,
- a line about what went wrong.
Please leave your license key out of the message, and don’t post it publicly or in an issue.
The 14 days
You have 14 days from the day you buy to ask for a refund, for any reason. We refund the full price you paid.
What happens to your license
When a purchase is refunded, its license key is turned off. Pasteward notices the next time it checks the key, which it does about once a week, and stops accepting it. Your clips stay on your Mac.
Your rights
Nothing on this page limits the rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
Problems with a key that won’t activate are not refund matters. Email the same address and we’ll help. Other questions? See the FAQ.
